A little bit about me….
Hey! I’m Jade, an illustrative designer living in Newcastle, UK.
I founded Floral Fables in June of 2022 and also work as a freelance designer separate to that.
I’m deeply inspired by folk tales, nature, and all things magical, and I love trying to capture the essence of these themes within my work and to tell stories within each piece, hence the name ‘Floral Fables’.
My favorite endeavors of the past have revolved around illustrating fantasy scenes, designing emotes for streamers, and 2D animation.
Nowadays I prioritize personal work which you can shop for as physical prints and some as digital downloads.
I went to the University of Sunderland, where I received my Ba (Hons) in Graphic Design. Throughout my studies there I learnt a lot about myself, namely the fact that I need to work for myself to be at my most creative, happiest and productive. As a neuro-divergent person, I find it extremely beneficial to fully control what each work day looks like and the ability to adjust and plan around how I am doing is revolutionary.
